1. Shipping Destination & Coverage

Currently, Shopnest Group LLC ships exclusively to physical street addresses and corporate locations within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO drops at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We collaborate with leading domestic carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to guarantee the safe transit of your pet supplies.

Please Note: Transit timelines are estimates provided directly by shipping carriers and begin from the day the package leaves our warehouse facility, not from the date the order is submitted.

3. Order Processing & Order Cut-Off Times

  • Operating Business Hours: All orders are securely processed and dispatched Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), excluding official U.S. federal holidays.
  • Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST), or during weekends and holidays, will initiate processing on the subsequent operating business day.

4. Shipment Tracking & Notifications

Customer transparency is foundational to our operations. Once your order is packed and scanned into the carrier network, an automated email notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email contains a dedicated, active carrier tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to refresh on the carrier’s platform.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

To ensure quick delivery turnarounds, our fulfillment team moves rapidly. If you notice an error in your shipping details or wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@shopnestgroupllc.com with your order number. While we make every effort to fulfill modifications, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have entered the warehouse fulfillment cycle or been handed over to the carrier.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Missing Shipments

  • Incorrect Addresses: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is completely accurate. Shopnest Group LLC is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking link marks your order as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building reception desks, or your local carrier depot first. If the item remains missing after 48 hours from the timestamp of delivery, contact our support team so we can assist in opening an official carrier inquiry.

7. Damaged and Defective Merchandise

If your package arrives physically compromised or items inside are broken due to carrier transit, take digital photographs of both the exterior packaging and the damaged contents immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@shopnestgroupllc.com with your order details and photos so we can expedite a replacement or resolution.
